Ogdensburg airport reports record July passenger traffic
Ogdensburg International Airport recorded 3,332 passengers in July, according to information presented to the Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority board.
Ogdensburg International Airport recorded 3,332 passengers in July, the highest monthly total cited during a meeting of the Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority board. Airport Manager Charlie Garrelts said the airport is on pace to exceed its 2019 total of 22,448 passengers, when it had two carriers.
Officials are projecting about 2,700 passengers for the current month. The airport is also preparing for additional service, including an Orlando route that Garrelts said could significantly increase winter traffic. The airport's Raleigh service is expected to expand to seven days a week.
