A Potsdam man was charged with felony tampering with physical evidence following a traffic stop on Aug. 13, according to the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

Kevin W. Weems, 66, was also cited for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation. He was ordered held without bail, deputies said.
