The Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority board has approved a one-year lease for Ross Video, a Canadian company that makes broadcast equipment, at the Ogdensburg Commerce Park. The operation is expected to bring office and light manufacturing activity to Building 4, with about six employees anticipated.
Ross Video will lease about 6,000 square feet of space at $12 per square foot. The annual rent is $72,216. The lease is scheduled to run through Sept. 30, 2027.
OBPA CEO Anthony Adamczyk said the company supplies technology used for live NHL games and the World Cup. Its U.S. subsidiary builds broadcast trucks, and the company found Ogdensburg through a referral.
The commerce park has 13 buildings and more than 20 companies. The lease comes as the authority works to attract business activity to the Ogdensburg area. OBPA also is planning a child care center at the park, with groundbreaking potentially next spring and completion planned for 2028.
The lease is reported to begin Oct. 1, 2026. Updates about the authority and its board meetings are available through the Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority. OBPA can be reached at 315-393-4080 or obpa@ogdensport.com.
