South Jefferson defeats Watertown in Frontier League golf

South Jefferson defeated Watertown, 5.5-1.5, in a Frontier League golf match at Thompson Park Golf Course. South Jefferson also held a 201-229 advantage in total strokes and improved to 2-0, while Watertown fell to 1-2.

Alec Wiley and Watertown’s Jack St. Joseph each shot 38 to share medalist honors. South Jefferson’s Maddox Schultz shot 39 and Noah Perry had a 40. Watertown’s Cooper Esposito also shot 40.

In another match, General Brown defeated Lowville, 5.5-1.5, at Cedars Golf Course in Lowville. General Brown moved to 3-0, while Lowville fell to 0-2. Dom Wisner led General Brown with a 40, and Lowville’s Brody Fayle was medalist with a 36.
