Watertown police charge five people in recent cases

Watertown police charged five people in cases recorded Saturday and Sunday, including allegations involving harassment, theft, burglary, child endangerment and controlled-substance possession.

Police records allege that Wallace H. Gibbs III entered and remained unlawfully in Living Waters Fellowship Church and took scrap wiring valued at about $500. He was also charged with alleged possession of clonazepam, buprenorphine and naloxone. Gibbs was held pending an appearance in City Court.

In separate cases, Kyla A.E. Arata was charged with alleged criminal mischief, child endangerment and harassment; Tina M. Brockington was charged with alleged petit larceny; Rachel B. Douglas was charged with alleged harassment; and Hunter A. Braglin was charged after police executed a bench warrant. The records say the cases remained pending in various courts.
